First and foremost, 10thousand Couples will not spam you nor will we sell or share your name or email address with anyone else for any purpose other than as set forth below.  The information we collect is solely for the purpose of our magazine and any communications you have authorized with regards to our Web site and related services. 

As noted in the Terms and Conditions, we may provide links to other sites or run advertisements and promotions from third parties on this Web site.  Your correspondence, provision of personal information, or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers other than us found on or through the Web site, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and them.

1.  Collection of Information from Web Site Visitors

You can opt-out of our magazine subscriber's list at any time by unsubscribing using the email address used to subscribe.

5.  Access to and Ability to Correct Personal Data

Upon request via e-mail we will provide to visitors a summary of any Personal Information retained by us.  Visitors may modify, correct, change, or update their personal record or cause their personal record to be removed from Our database. We will only send personal records to the e-mail address on file for the visitor name associated with it.

6.  Collection of Personal Data from Children

Our Web site is not intended for or marketed to persons under the age of 16. We do not collect or post information from children under the age of 16 ("children") unless done so with the authorization of a parent or guardian.  We do not and will not provide any personally identifying information collected from children, regardless of its source, to any third party for any purpose whatsoever.  In the event a child submits information to our Web site and we become aware of it, the child's parent or guardian will receive an e-mail alerting them to the child's registration and providing instructions on how the parent could delete the child's registration, if so desired, if we have parent or guardian contact information.  No information collected from children is used for any marketing or promotional purposes whatsoever.
