In honor of Women's History Month, we celebrate a phenomenal lesbian whose presence is still making waves.
Everyone needs inspiration. In one of our early polls, we asked if having visibile same sex coupled role models mattered. Not surprisingly it does; especially for those living in isolation or closeted situations. The bottom line is that visibility is one of the ways to move victory forward for LGBT equality in general and marriage equality in particular. At 10,000 Couples we aim to provide that inspiration with every issue to every same gender couple around the globe. Some of our biggest inspirations arise from our stories from Shelly's Soul Boosters; Someone You Must Know; and profiling couples with ceremonies and anniversaries.Scroll Gay Pride and Lesbian Joy Archive
